Park Properties is a property development partnership that focuses on high quality in the creation of distinctive homes.  Whether it is apartments, penthouses or executive homes, we pursue perfection in our properties.

We concentrate on the conversion of period buildings of architectural interest, as well as creating new homes. Whatever the route taken, our properties are in the best locations and benefit from a quality of finish and design which sets us apart from others.

The business is owned by four partners who have extensive property, commercial, management and interior design experience. In 2002 they established Park Properties to focus on the top end of the Bristol residential market, with the goal of introducing a dramatically higher quality of development than was then available.

Prior to this, they individually undertook many development projects in London, Bristol and Berkshire, some of which are featured in the 'projects' section.

Everyone has their own definition of what represents comfort. Park Properties is run by people who really understand what true quality and luxury is all about. Our challenge is to offer our discerning clients the very best properties available in any given location.

Each of our homes is unique; every location is different and every property is designed to complement its surroundings. One of our core goals is to create a truly modern living environment within the aesthetic setting of an historic building. Most importantly, whatever the price bracket of the property we are creating, we have earned a reputation for providing the highest possible specification as standard.

We personally oversee all our projects from conception through to completion. Our team of designers, architects, contractors and craftsmen work to the exacting standards that we believe sets our work apart.
